Reservation Policy

A 20% gratuity is automatically added at the time of service onto all treatments.

All spa reservations require a credit card to hold the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior service time.

"No-Call/Show" appointments will be charged 20% of the full treatment(s) cost to card on client file.

Nail Treatments:

We are unable to remove Acrylics, Dip Polish or Gel Nails. These will need to be removed prior to your appointment. If you currently have on Gel Polish you will need to reserve a gel/shellac removal prior to your nail treatment. A removal fee of $25 will be applied for gel polish removal not originally applied at The Spa at RiverStone.

Gift Card Policy:

Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Product Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened and/or used spa product, cosmetics, and skin care.
