To ensure your experience is as seamless as it is relaxing, we’ve outlined our guidelines and most frequently asked questions below. We look forward to providing you with the ultimate sanctuary for rejuvenation.

We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. If you do not call or show for the appointment, it will incur a charge of 20% of the total treatment cost to the card on file.

To maintain our high hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used spa products, cosmetics, or skincare items.

Yes. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all spa treatments at the time of service.

All spa reservations require a valid credit card to secure your preferred date and time. Please note that we are unable to process transactions using prepaid gift cards as a form of payment.

We do not offer removal services for acrylics, dip polish, or hard gel nails. These must be removed prior to your arrival. If you currently have gel polish, please reserve a removal service in addition to your nail treatment. A $25 fee applies for removing gel polish not originally applied at The Spa at Riverstone.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Please keep them secure, as The Spa at Riverstone is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
